text-indent: 32px;＂＞＜span style=＂line-height: 200%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;＂＞第一条 为支持科技型中小企业通过贷款方式取得技术研发、检验检测和高端智能设备，根据《德州市人民政府印发关于 进一步优化创新生态支持高水平建设国家创新型城市的若干措 施的通知》（德政字〔2022〕28 号）制定本细则。＜/span＞＜/p＞＜p style=＂line-height: 200%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;＂＞第六条 企业按照属地关系向所在县（市、区）科技局提出申请，由县（市、区）科技局进行初审并对固定资产贷款购买的 贴息设备进行现场考察，出具推荐意见报市科技局。＜/span＞＜/p＞＜p style=＂line-height: 200%; text-indent: 32px;＂＞＜span style=＂line-height: 200%;
